Structure
The main components of the equipment are concentrated pond and rake mud scraper. The solid particles suspended in the pulp settle in the pond under the action of gravity, and the upper part becomes clarified water, so the solid and liquid can be separated. Sludge deposited at the bottom of the concentrator is continuously scraped and collected by a rake dredger and discharged from the central outlet of the bottom of the concentrator, while clarified water overflows along the upper edge of the concentrator.
