[Introduction] The purpose of lifting agitator is to solve the problem of pipeline loss and self-flow in metal beneficiation. When installing, it needs to be arranged on the same horizontal plane as the flotation machine. If there is no difference in installation position, this kind of stirring tank can replace the stirring tank before the flotation machine works.

1. Lifting stirring tank can also be used as sand pump and water pump to lift slurry overflow.
2. Users can adjust the gap according to actual needs, and then adjust the lifting height.
The impeller is rotated by the motor’s percutaneous belt and impeller shaft, the slurry and flotation agent circulate in the tank under the centrifugal force and lifting force produced by the impeller, so that the agent is evenly distributed in the slurry. While mixing the pulp, the impeller of the lifting agitator sucks the pulp from the lower inlet and throws it out under the centrifugal force, so as to achieve the purpose of lifting the pulp. In order to ensure the pulp lifting height, the clearance between impeller and bottom plate must be set correctly. The general clearance should be adjusted between 6 and 10 mm.
