1. Using Siemens PLC programmable controller and ABB frequency converter controller, the sampler can automatically sample according to the set procedure, which can eliminate the influence of human factors and improve the anti-interference performance of the control system.
2. Sampling quantity keyboard control, simple operation, convenient and accurate adjustment, the real realization of NC intelligent sampling, and overcome the shortcomings of the previous sampler with the use of time to gradually reduce the amount of sampling, representative gradually worse.
3. The sample barrel locking device is self-contained, and the sample can be stored reliably.
4. All the over-current components are made of new wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. Their service life is more than 2 times that of wear-resistant rubber, and there will be no problem of separating rubber from shell and blocking pipeline.
5. The design adopts non-contact control, and has perfect protection circuit. The whole machine is easy to install, with excellent performance and stable operation.
The automatic pipeline sampler extracts ore samples by drilling screw sampler, feeds them into crusher through closed feeding, breaks them into shrinkage sampler, and enters into the sampler through shrinkage sampler.
