Various tin minerals, such as sulphur-tin-lead ore, stibnite-tin-lead ore, cylindrical tin ore, black sulphur-silver-tin ore, black boron-tin ore, cassiterite, magnesite-tin ore, etc.
This step is aimed at the raw ore with large mud content and strong cementation, which should be washed and desliming before crushing
Crush the ores to be size less than 20mm. Then divide into 0-4mm and 4-20mm by vibration screen.
The 4-20mm size ores are pre-separated by hydrocyclone, and then they enter grinding mill. After being grinded, the ores are further separated by jigger and vibrating screen. The screening size is controlled at 2mm. The ores of size less than 2mm separated by shaking table, and the ores of size above 2mm become tailings.
The flotation stage is divided into two steps: mixed flotation and separation flotation. Firstly, the concentrate separated by jigger and shaking table should be processed through mixed flotation. Then the concentrate of mixed flotation should be flotation-processed to remove lead-zinc, and the tin in the tailings should be separated by shaking table to produce qualified tin concentrate.
Slime enters the 300mm hydrocyclone, and the fine sludge is removed by 125mm and 75mm hydrocyclones after overflow. Cassiterite flotation is carried out after concentration and flotation desulfurization of sediment.
